A good guy who does care
Let’s be honest, Brad probably has a list of clients longer than we can imagine. However, I never felt my wife and I were a nuisance. Quite the opposite. Brad listened and answered questions we had, gave direction where appropriate and redirection when subjects were not in his scope. He and Susie always made time for us if needed. There isn’t a ton of interaction with bankruptcy attorneys but what we needed and hoped for we received. We are grateful.

When I reached out to Brad I was desperate; loaded down in debt and felt I could not get myself above water at that point. Filing for bankruptcy is not an easy decision to make. Wondering if your counsel is properly representing you is something you don't want to add to your bucket of troubles. I NEVER had that feeling during my process. Brad was everything I needed in a lawyer. He was professional , respectful of my time, non-condescending, and reasonably priced. What An Amazing Attorney
When I realized my only way out was to file bankruptcy to be set free of all the financial traumas I had been experiencing. I could not have met a BETTER ATTORNEY THAN BRAD COVEY. I was so emotional and he listened to everything I said. He was patient and kind and he took time with me. He never interrupted me while I was talking. Brad is an AMAZING MAN! He was personable, professional and really sympathetic and empathetic because of my situation. He guided me through this process and answered ALL my questions, and I had a lot of questions. He explained the process of these bankruptcy procedures, and because of my situation, the best bankruptcy for me was Chapter 13, so I was with Brad Covey three years, and everything went very well. The one thing about Brad as well Susie is that they treated me with RESPECT. Brad was very patient with me, answered all my questions and would meet with me as often as I needed. My case took a bit longer as it was a chapter 13 so it lasted a few years. Susie was always helpful when I needed an answer and they are both very casual as we were always on a first name basis even though numerous times I would say Mr. or Miss. They came highly recommended from a lady I know who had to file chapter 7 about 8 years ago.

Bankruptcy experience.
Bradley Covey met with me and explained my options during this difficult time and decision making. He initially met with me had to make some tough decisions. Brad was very patient and consulted with me until I finally made the decision to file bankruptcy. He met with me and made things convenient at offices also near my home, nights and weekends. He was able to support and work through my questions and options. He was responsive always and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured and had my best interest. If you need an attorney Brad knows his business. Through out the process his legal assistant Susan was the best! Mr. Covey was easy to work with. His office was fast to respond to me either via e-mail or phone. He was always in touch, but not too much. He explained to me everything I needed to do in order to get my bankruptcy done correctly. His fees were the best that I came across and he took payments. Filing bankruptcy is a very stressful time, and it is important to have an attorney and staff that is knowledgeable. I consulted two other bankruptcy attorneys prior to retaining Mr. Covey. The first attorney was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, and the second was significantly more expensive. Brad was upfront and honest with me the entire process. He did a thorough review of my circumstances and finances. He also provided knowledgeable advice to other professionals involved during my divorce prior to filing bankruptcy. He and his staff (Susie) responded to all communications very professionally and quickly. I was easily able to schedule meetings with him around my work schedule.

Bradley was very informative and responsive to all my concerns. He and his staff were not condescending and helped me every step of the way of my bankruptcy. I had never had problems with handling my money and I felt like a failure-but the staff helped me rise above my feelings. I was the first wave of the downsizing/outsource in 2008. I was paying off my husbands funeral and bills when laid-off- then my health took a turn and had hospital bills- could not keep up on part-time pay-and did not want to lose my home.
